PRIVATO Holiday Homes was born during one of the most uncertain times in our history — the COVID-19 pandemic. In the face of global challenges, we saw an opportunity to create a brand that would bring comfort, safety, and a sense of home to travellers and residents in Dubai. What started as a small portfolio of carefully curated holiday homes quickly grew into a trusted name in the hospitality and property management sector.
As the needs of our holiday homes grew, so did our ambition. To ensure that every property was maintained to the highest standards, we launched PRIVATO Cleaning and Technical Services — a division dedicated to providing professional, eco-friendly, and comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and technical solutions. Over time, we expanded beyond our own holiday homes, offering our services to other holiday home companies, private property owners, real estate developers, and commercial spaces across the UAE.
Today, PRIVATO GROUP stands proudly as a multi-service company built on dedication, trust, and a relentless commitment to quality. Our integrated services allow us to cater to every aspect of property ownership and management — from short-term holiday rentals to cleaning and technical maintenance — ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for our clients.
Mary Grace Porto

Mary Grace Porto is a 42-year-old proud mother and thriving entrepreneur, originally from Batangas, Philippines. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and spent over seven years in Singapore working as a Senior Education Consultant. In July 2018, she took a bold step and moved to Dubai — a decision that would shape the most transformative chapter of her life.
Her journey in Dubai began in the fashion education sector, working for The College of Fashion and Design for two years. But when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, like many others, she faced unexpected challenges and was made redundant. What could have been a setback turned into a turning point. Jobless but determined, Mary Grace pursued studies and part-time work in real estate and holiday homes — an industry that would soon become her calling.
Out of uncertainty, Privato Holiday Homes was born — beginning with just one unit. Through perseverance, hands-on leadership, and a passion for excellence, she steadily grew her portfolio and earned a strong reputation in the industry. Recognizing the need for in-house support, she went on to establish Privato Cleaning and Technical Services, expanding her impact and creating a full-circle ecosystem supporting the holiday homes and real estate sectors.
Balancing life as a mother, entrepreneur, and wife hasn’t been easy. Gracefully juggling her responsibilities, Mary Grace often speaks about the sacrifices behind success. She’s not only a loving mother to her son Noah — she’s also a guiding figure to the entire Privato team, who often refer to her as “Mama” in both spirit and strength.
Mary Grace is also a proud member of the Women Business Circle in the UAE, where she collaborates with like-minded women to empower, uplift, and support one another. She believes in the strength of sisterhood and is passionate about creating spaces where women in business thrive together.
Her story is a powerful testament that from struggle comes strength — and with purpose and persistence, dreams can turn into legacies.
